How to organize your fridge
I used to have to routinely clean out my fridge, it never stayed organized no matter what I tried and I would go out and buy something I already had or not buy something I needed because I thought I already had it when I didn’t or I did have it but it had expired without my knowledge. I never knew exactly what I had for food and it was more than frustrating. Now, however, I haven’t had to reorganize my fridge in almost two months because of one little secret.
5 Ways to organize DVDs & Blurays
This week’s organizational post is on how to organize your DVDs & Blurays. I have a substantial movie collection and with such a large quantity of movies organization is definitely important. Below are my top 5 ways to organize that I have tried and/or seen online with links to other posts from bloggers on DVD & Bluray organization.
10 minutes a day- Day 22
Today we will be tackling bookbags. This will be done in two steps 1) interior of the bag 2) bag storage. The first thing you will need to do is gather all bookbags in your home and bring them to you ” decluttering area” .
10 minutes a day – day 17
Today’s declutter challenge is decluttering your photos. This does not include photos you have up around the house in frames that you know for sure you are going to be keeping but instead any pictures you have stored away in boxes and bins.
10 minutes a day- Day 16
Today we will be purging books & movies. I’m not saying get rid of all your books or movies, trust me that’s not something I could do. I’m all for keeping books & movies that you enjoy, as long as you enjoy them.
10 minutes a day – Day 15
Today we are moving on to the dreaded paperwork pile. Old bills, reciepts, notes, grocery lists, whatever else you have laying around in endless piles.
10 minutes a day- Day 13
Today we will be decluttering the pile of toys that you inevitably stub your toe on and step on and trip over and so forth. .I don’t personally have children but children’s toys is definitely an area that needs to stay organized. Plus side is you can turn it into a game and get the kids involved (which may turn them into a declutterer :))
10 minutes a day – day 12
Today it is time to get at the cleaning supplies. Personally I would recommend one of three storage options:
1. Tension rod & spray bottles
2. Baskets
3. Shelving
