Challenge #20- Watch an inspirational documentary.

If you are not a documentary person, a biopic about someone you find inspiring also works, just curl up on the  couch and get watching 🙂

Benefits- Documentaries or Biopics about inspirational people or events can help raise our mood (sometimes losing faith in humanity can really bring you down), increase optimism, improve motivation & increases knowledge.
