Today we are going back to our childhoods & doing an activity that seems to have trended in the last couple years adult coloring.

Challenge #18- Color

It doesn’t necessarily have to be an detailed adult coloring page if you chose you can color a page out of your child’s coloring book as well, the product is not what matters. Just sit down with your pencil crayons and color whatever you’d like (I bought a swear word coloring book last year & I love it)

Benefits- Coloring helps to de-stress, activates the brain, coloring has the same effects as meditation, reduces anxiety, sparks creativity & reconnects us with our inner child.

Extra Challenge- If you do not have an adult coloring book add it to your shopping list so you will always have it when the mood hits 🙂
