Challenge #16- Go for a walk
It can be as short or long as you would like, you could go for a 5 minute stroll or a 5k speed walk whatever floats your boat. If the weather is poor many areas have indoor walking tracks that are open to the public.
Benefits- Strengthens your heart; lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes (decreases by 60%)as well as colon, breast & womb cancer (decreases by 20%); helps with weight loss, prevents dementia; tones up legs, stomach & butt; boosts vitamin D; increases energy & boost mood
