Self Care Challenge #15- Read
One of my personal development goals for 2017 is to read 2 books per month. I chose 2 because it is something that I believe to be achieveable (click here for tips on making SMART goals). Reading is something that is both enjoyable for some people & has so many other benefits (click here for benefits of reading). It doesn’t have to be for a long time, maybe just a couple chapters on your break or before bed.
Benefits- Reading stimulates the mind, reduces stress, increases knowledge, enhances your vocabulary & improves your memory. It also helps you relax, it can be enjoyable & improves imagination.
