Today’s self care challenge will be focusing on relaxation and self image.

Challenge #13- Mani-Pedi

Sometimes doing something for your image can make you feel so much better be it a hair cut or buying a better fitting wardrobe. Today’s challenge is to get a mani-pedi either do it yourself, with a friend or at a salon/spa.

Benefits- Improved self image, relaxation, decrease in fungal infections, increased blood flow, increased mental health & increased skin care.
