Challenge #10- Bake Something
Today’s challenge is to bake something, anything that you like. It could be a cake, cookies, candy whatever you’re craving at the moment. Include others in your challenge if possible such as your significant other, children or friends (baking is always better with other people). When you are done indulge your taste buds with your creations.
Benefits- Baking is a great activity to increase your mental health. It is meditative, creative, it stimulates your senses & it makes others happy if you share. It is also a great social activity and it feels good to taste your creation.
Extra Challenge- Take a cooking class to learn how to make more.
