Challenge #7- Dance
Today I just want you to crank the tunes and dance. It doesn’t have to be anywhere public although it can be if you choose just as long as you dance.
Benefits- Dancing has many benefits including improved heart health, increased strength, weight management, increased social interaction (if you take a class or go to a club), increased self confidence, improved coordination & improved mental well being.
Extra challenge- Take a dance or a dance aerobics class to boost social interaction.
