Today’s self care challenge is also the #mealmonday post and therefore will be focusing again on physical self care.
Challenge #6- Have a big breakfast
Today’s self care challenge is to have a big breakfast. It does not necessarily have to be a healthy one but something you enjoy. I usually go with pancakes or french toast maybe some sausage or bacon & juice of some sort or milk.
Benefit- Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day, it kick starts your metabolism, it gives you energy for the day and it satisfies your hunger to beat of the mid morning cravings.
Extra challenge- When creating your meal plan focus on all three meals instead of just dinner so that you can get in the habit of eating breakfast every morning.
