Today we are focusing back on our physical self care which is the area I struggle in the most.
Challenge #5- Sleep in
Stay asleep as late as you possibly can ( if you are reading this after you are already up and ready for the day) then get your butt on your couch and just relax, maybe have a nap.
Benefits- Sleep is not only a necessity for your health but it is also great at giving your brain a rest which will make you feel better in most if not all aspects of your life.
Extra Challenge- Create a regular sleep routine, figure out your needed amount (it’s different for everyone) by going to sleep at the same time every night for a week and seeing what time you wake up without an alarm (if this is something that you can do without completely flaking on your responsibilities)
