Challenge #21- Kiss more
Sounds easy doesn’t it? It’s surprising how many couples stop kissing on a regular basis. Not just a peck on the cheek (although those are good too) but real kisses. Kiss when you get up in the morning and before you go to bed at night. Kiss when you leave on a trip and when you return. If you sleep different hours due to your schedules kissing a sleeping spouse can also be beneficial.
Benefits- It shows your partner how important they are to you, it also helps reaffirm your attachment to them. Also there are a lot of health benefits to kissing.
