Challenge #20- Make time for morning sex

We all have busy mornings but maybe just one day set your alarm a little early or get up on a day off (weekend, holiday) and make time for some morning sex (even if just a quickie)

Benefits: In addition to all the benefits to your physical intimacy with your partner there are also various health benefits to morning sex such as waking you up and getting you energized, decreasing the chance of day time migraine, decreasing joint pain and improving blood circulation
