Just hug each other hold on tight, Take 5 minutes to block out the world and just hold each other. While you are doing so notice how your senses are reacting. What do you hear (breathing, heartbeat), What do you smell (shampoo, laundry detergent), What do you feel (where do your body’s touch),
Benefit- It lets you just be in the moment with each other blocking out the world
