It is important to priorities your daily/weekly/monthly tasks. This is a tip given in any time management post prioritizing is not necessarily the issue. The problem lies when people have too many priorities. It is important to separate everything in an order 1,2,3,4… instead of just ranking them as high, medium or low priority. When you prioritize in an order you know exactly which task is the most important and which is next and so on.
