creating your master grocery list

This week’s life binder project is creating a master grocery list. I could do a printable however, not everyone has the same dietary restrictions or preferences so I’m just going to explain how I made mine.

In whatever word processor program you use (microsoft word for me) create a three column word document (makes it easier to print on one sheet). Using these headers (and others depending on your regular diet)  write down the items you wish to always have on hand

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Breakfast Foods
  • Meat
  • Frozen Food
  • Pasta/Rice
  • Cans/Jars
  • Refrigerated
  • Bakery
  • Baking Supplies
  • Snacks
  • Seasonings/spices
  • Drinks
  • Personal Care
  • Cleaning Products
  • Paper Products
  •  Pets
  • Misc. Items

Print the list and keep it in your life binder .
